I have known Corey for a few years but I have never used his services. Totally impressed when he came with comps and figures, very prepared for all my questions did not hesitate when I asked about comps in the area, what would be the best time for selling, and what I needed to do as a homeowner to prepare for the sale. Walked me through the whole process every step of the way and did not hesitate to answer my calls when I would panic about something, even called or stopped by with what was happening at that moment. Sent the closing papers over early and walked me through each page, by the time my closing came I was so comfortable with the process, I knew I had nothing to fear. Kept me up to date with the various stages of the paper work, even explained what I needed to do after closing and at time of move out.
